The Arizona Robotic Telescope Network Observation Request Portal (ARTN ORP) allows registered astronomers, scientists and engineers to request observations on a variety of telescopes and instrumentation within the network. The telescope network is described in a symposium paper by Benjamin J. Weiner et al. You must be a registered and authorized user to use this site.
